We are very pleased to be able to offer this one of a kind, authentic and original signed autograph of Long Beach, California 1920's era signed by "O Hoyt"(Otis Hoyt) the owner, manager and proprietor of the famous Hoyt's Theatre on the Pike in Long Beach.  Research shows that that is the name used in about 1924 and 1925 of this famous Pike landmark.  It is a pass to see a movie and to have it with Hoyt's autograph makes it likely the only one in existence.  Note:  It is a little more pink than the photo seems to show.
