Alice in Wonderland Ingersoll Watch Display BOX and Tea Cup 1950's. BOX AND TEA CUP ONLY...no watch.
Original, Vintage, NOT a Reproduction. Manufactured and used at retail during the 1950's.
MEASURES: Box is 3-1/2 inches tall by 5-1/8 inches wide. Cup is 1-3/4 inches tall by 2-5/8 inches wide (3-3/8 inches from outer lip to outer edge of handle). The box is made of pressed paper board and the tea cup is clear plastic.
This item is completely original and unmolested, condition is as when I acquired it about 30 years ago. It has been stored in acid free tissue paper and a box in the closet. If you have the watch, you need this box and tea cup!!!
Display Box Top has indicia "Copyright Walt Disney Productions"., Display Box Base has "Walt Disney's Alice In Wonderland Wrist Watch" and "Ingersoll", Tea Cup has IRWIN in a circle graphic with Made In U.S.A. around it, also P - 296 - 10 and a 2 at the bottom.
This is a VERY RARE COMPLETE DISPLAY BOX for the 1950 era wrist watch (if you have a watch to display?)
There is some wear on the edges, some creasing and dog ear bites here and there on the TOP and the BASE. The printing of Alice and company is bright and sharp, no fading. Pink of base is solid, even and bright as the day is was produced.
The TEA CUP is perfect with NO breaks, NO cracks NO chips and NO repairs...there are some very slight scuffs that require moving it around in the light to even see.
I have provided A LOT of detailed photos, so this are the best description as to the condition of this object(s).
