Antique Japanese Champleve Cloisonne Enamel Teapot Dragon Lions Elder Man Signed

Antique cloisonné champeve teapot. The teapot stands 6 3/4” tall, and is 5 3/4” wide, spout to handle. The piece is metal with a beautiful two sided cloisonné design of dragons, flowers and in the center on both sides there is an elderly man. The spout has two dragons. The inside of the pot is a turquoise enamel. Underneath the handle and spout are lions heads, they are placed on some kind of red colored material ( I don’t know if the red is stone or enamel). The red area has a chip and crack on one side, the other side has a crack. The handle has pulled away at the top and will need to be repaired. The lid is missing. The piece is signed on its bottom. I have not cleaned the piece, it is in as found condition. I don’t know the age of the piece, it was found in a storage locker of an antique dealer that I purchased in California.
