Vintage Animatronic Doll Figure - Plug In - Amusment Park or Circus Prop?

Could be an easy fix for someone with the right skills. The motor and internal parts appear to be intact but we are not certain of this, in other words, we don't see any missing pieces when looking inside the doll. Amazing doll though! His eyes are really creepy, Annabelle's or Chucky's little brother? :-) Creepy and neat at the same time! :-) My kids want this out of the house, now! Not kidding! :-)  This vintage piece does show wear, jacket and hat are tattered with a few small discolorations and small holes. He has a few minor marks on his skin due to age. No movement when plugged in. Hat does fit the doll and is a little large for his head, it can cover his eyes depending on the position of the hat. Vintage power cord, no fraying noted. Appears this doll and animitronics are hand made as there are staples, glue and tape in places under the clothing, holding the wiring and animitronics in place. He needs to be remounted to his stand, he is not secuely tightened to it. He definately needs some TLC by someone who knows how to restore him to his former glory! Estate sale find, unsure of his age. We suspect it's from the 30's or 40's but we have no way of verifying it. Approximately 35 inches tall. Condition is Used. Shipped with FedEx.
